Gamo Travel’s terms and conditions

Gamo Travel tour prices includes:

4 by 4 car with driver and fuel

English speaking guide

Where needed, local guides

Park and village entrance fees

Hotel accommodation, including breakfast.

Camping equipment

If required by client, we can also include cost for all meals

Gamo Travel tour price does not include :

Water

Meal

Souvenirs

Cost for taking individual photographs

Upon confirmation of your tour, to secure the vehicle and accommodation, you will pay a 50% deposit and on the first day of your tour, will pay the remaining 50%.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancel one month or more before the tour start date: 10% will be retained

Cancel two weeks to four weeks before the tour start date : 25% will be retained

Cancel two weeks before the tour start date: 50% will be retained.

We recognise that people’s plans can change, but upon booking, we will make reservations upon your behalf, often with community based organisations. If you have to cancel, Gamo Travel still needs to honour these agreements.

We can also move the tour to alternative dates, but if there are any additional charges, these are covered by the client.
